This position is expected to work a hybrid schedule at our Lenexa, KS facility. This role will likely work onsite 3 days per week, but that may fluctuate between 2-4 days onsite depending on the needs of the business. This role may be eligible for relocation.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business related

• Understanding of forecasting

• MRP experience

• Excel and Tableau or Microsoft Access

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
